Fair Housing for Maintenance

This class will provide maintenance professionals with essential training on Fair Housing laws and how they apply to daily interactions with residents. Participants will learn about protected classes, avoiding discrimination, handling service requests fairly, and recognizing reasonable accommodation and modification requests. The course emphasizes professionalism, consistency, and respectful communication to help ensure compliance and support an inclusive housing environment.
